With over 20 years business and management experience in both large and small organisations, Beryl’s main experience is in the education, health and hospitality sectors. An ex-school principal and HOD at a University, her understanding of the relentless pace of change which employees of such establishments have to deal with provides a valuable context for her coaching and training.
Beryl has an undergraduate degree in Economic Geography, and Masters degrees in Education (USA) and Applied Linguistics (UK). In addition Beryl has a Diploma in TEFL and used to train TEFL teachers for certification with RSA and CambridgeUniversity. |

She qualified as ISO lead assessor in 1994 and has a Diploma in Public Health and Education Administration (UK) Beryl is qualified in the use of the Enneagram personality profile and msceit profile based on emotional intelligence.
Beryl uses many tools to achieve the breakthroughs that clients demand. She is a certified Master Trainer and Practioner of NLP, Time Line therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Hypnotherapy. In 2006 Beryl was awarded "GOLD" Master Trainer status with NFNLP. The first trainer to attain such status in recognition for her commitment, and quality of training. In 2010 Beryl was awarded Council of the Order of the Braid : NGH Boston 2010 at the NGH Convention.
